What we do: we contract with school districts across the nation to assist with their internal staffing needs and we directly work to recruit education professionals for interim contract assignments.

What you will do:

• Make sales calls on existing and prospective clients and candidates
• Generate and maintain relationships with new clients
• Communicate with clients to fully understand their employment needs to sell our contract services
• Build relationships with education professionals and manage their work assignments
• Own the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to placement by helping to manage the recruiting process
• Follow up and maintain communication before, during, and after the selection process

• Must be comfortable making cold calls in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Competitive and driven to succeed

Other details:

• This is an on-site position. You must come into the office daily.
• We are located in Jacksonville, FL
• Monday to Friday work schedule; no nights or weekends!
