Minimum 1 years occupational therapy experience required.

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team for the upcoming school year in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

This position is full-time and based in a school setting. We are currently conducting open interviews for qualified candidates who meet all local and state regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

• Valid North Carolina license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals in a school-based environment.

Job Duties :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' functional needs in relation to educational performance.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans based on IEP goals to support students' academic success.
• Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and objectives for students.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and billing information in compliance with school and state regulations.
