Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team, providing support across our diverse PreK-12 student population, including transition-aged individuals up to 21 years old. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in promoting the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral well-being of our students. You will conduct assessments, attend meetings, and collaborate with educators and families to ensure the best possible outes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive psychological assessments for students in PreK-12 and transition-aged individuals.
  • Provide direct support and intervention services to address students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective educational plans.
  • Support students' transition planning and provide guidance on post-secondary education and career options.
  • Write detailed psychological reports that accurately reflect assessment results and remendations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school environment through consultation, collaboration, and advocacy.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field.
  • State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for certification/licensure).
  • Experience working with a diverse PreK-12 student population, including transition-aged individuals.
  • Knowledge of best practices in psychological assessment and intervention in an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and munication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
