Job Description:

Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in the Edina, Minnesota area. This role involves working with students with diverse learning needs for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for a mitted professional ready to start immediately, with interviews available right away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in a variety of settings.
• Adapt curriculum materials and instructional strategies to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust educational strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and municate effectively with parents and other stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere for all students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred.
• Strong instructional, organizational, and munication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site educational environment.
