Pay Scale : $34-38 per hour

Soliant is seeking a dedicated special education teacher to join our team in the Columbia Heights, MNareafor the 2024-25 school year.

This is a full-time, onsite position that offers the opportunity to work in a middleschool setting.We offer weekly pay, full benefits (including health insurance and 401k contribution), and guaranteed hours with all of our full-time positions!

What You'll Do :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to differentiate instruction and accommodate the needs of students with disabilities
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress towards IEP goals

What We're Looking For :

• Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid MN licensure as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience with students who have moderate to severe needs preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in special education preferred
• Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
