Full time (37.5 hours / week)

o Last day of school could change depending on snow days
Work schedule : Mon-Friday 8 : 40am-3 : 45pm
Caseload type : ABA Classroom , Grade K / 1 10 students
Required certs for consideration : Moderate special ed. license
Primary duties :
o Teach a sub separate classroom utilizing the fundamentals of ABA, while individualizing the curriculum to meet the student's IEP needs
Must have knowledge of ABA principles for consideration
Description : Seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and support students with diverse learning needs.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborate with colleagues and specialists, and create inclusive learning environments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements :
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Clear background check and fingerprinting.
- Adherence to state and federal special education laws and regulations.
- Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists.
