Compensation : $41.50 / HR, Paid Weekly, Benefits Included, Guaranteed Hours

Position Type : Full-Time, 40 Hours / Week, Onsite Only

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Special Education Teachers to join our team in Queen Creek, AZ, for the 2024-2025 academic year.

These full-time positions involve providing high-quality special education services to students across various grade levels.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

Open Positions :

1. Combs High School - Resource (Co-Teacher)

2. Combs Middle School - Resource (Co-Teacher)

3. Combs Traditional Academy (Elementary) - Resource Teacher

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to co-teach and support inclusive practices.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in both resource and inclusive settings.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student performance and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Arizona teaching certification in Special Education.
• Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
