School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Hourly Rate: $50-$55/HR (Bilingual SLPs $55/HR)
Schedule: Full-Time, 32.50 Hours Per Week
Grade Levels: K-6

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our educational team for the 2024-2025 school year in Zion, IL. As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. We have multiple openings for this role, with a petitive hourly wage and consistent weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive speech and language assessments to identify and diagnose munication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure effective munication and intervention strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to parents and educational staff.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
- Work with a diverse student population, providing culturally sensitive care and services.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP in Illinois.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic school environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish) SLPs are encouraged to apply, with a higher hourly rate of $55/HR.
