Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Neuro ICU/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Boise, Idaho. As a crucial member of the neuro intensive care and telemetry teams, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with neurological conditions requiring intensive monitoring.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' neurological status and respond to changes promptly.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and post-discharge care.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Neuro ICU and Telemetry settings.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and work environments.
• Willingness to travel.
