Qualifications:

• A successful candidate shall be experienced with the knowledge, skill and ability to supervise low voltage system implementations.
• The scope disciplines consist of telecom, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and audio-visual systems.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you'll not only work with cutting-edge technologies in CCTV and Video Management Systems (VMS), but you'll also have the freedom to work both in a team and independently
• Whether collaborating on a project or taking the lead on your own, your skills will shine in this versatile position
• Installation & Maintenance: Deploy and maintain camera and VMS, ensuring top-notch quality and security practices
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges with a keen eye for detail
• Team Collaboration & Independent Work: Thrive in a collaborative team environment or work autonomously, adapting to various project needs
• Lead a team of 5-10 technicians
• The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing projects including contract management, staffing, material procurement, permitting, planning, scheduling, financial reporting, quality assurance and control, safety, equipment management, and monitoring contract performance
• Provide leadership to inspire team members in executing a plan

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Knowledge in low voltage cabling, IP systems, Access Control & blueprint reading. Genetec, Milestone, OnSSI, Lenel, Avigilon, Axis Certification.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
