What You’ll Do:

· Serve as the primary liaison between our company and clients, cultivating strong and enduring partnerships.

· Foster a cohesive and motivated team environment, providing direction, setting performance standards, and nurturing growth opportunities.

· Oversee key financial metrics, collaborating with the finance department to optimize invoicing and accounts receivable processes.

· Ensure the efficient utilization of resources, including personnel, fleet, and equipment, to maximize productivity.

· Contribute to long-term strategic planning, setting objectives, and forecasting to expand our market presence.

· Proactively identify challenges, implement effective solutions, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

· Regularly evaluate team performance against benchmarks, making necessary adjustments to ensure operational excellence.
