We are looking for an associate to help our members to guide them through our Continuing Education Programs.
The responsibilities of the Front Desk Associate or Continuing Education Specialist are:Provide information to our members and students about our programs.
Send Follow-up emails and calls.
Register students into the programs.
Provide before, during, and after purchase assistants.
Administrative task
Skills that we seek:Have a professional language with internal and external members
Have experience in sales
Be bilingual
Punctuality
Know Microsoft, Salesforce experience is a plus
Be self-motivated
