[solidcore] is Hiring a Part-Time Office Administrator Near Arlington, VA

[solidcore] is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide essential support across various aspects of our business in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is an on-site position based at our Arlington, VA Headquarters and is part-time: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8am - 1pm EST, with flexibility for additional hours as needed based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Management - Assist the Executive Administrator with logistics for [solidcore] events and meetings at HQ, including travel arrangements, catering, rentals, and tech setup.
  • Office Operations - Open and set up the office daily, ensuring a welcoming environment. Greet and escort visitors or stakeholders. Maintain and order office supplies, including HQ supplies, equipment, and snacks.
  • Office Cleanliness - Conduct weekly fridge cleanouts and ensure cleaning crew compliance for bi-weekly deep kitchen cleanings.
  • Mail Handling - Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, coordinating with FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
  • Administrative Support - Assist with ad hoc projects, office moves, celebrations, and merchandise shipments for studio campaigns and challenges.
Skills and Experience:
  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school education, some college preferred.
  • Availability to work part-time at our HQ in Arlington, VA following the schedule below:Mondays to Wednesdays from 8am to 1pm, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.
