• Position: Registered Nurse

Schedule: 3x12, Rotating Weekends

• Day: 7:00am - 7:30PM
• Night: 7:00pm - 7:30am

Overview: Registered Nurses provide specialized attention to patients transitioning out of intensive care units.

Requirements:

• BSN or ASN actively enrolled in BSN program
• NYS Licensed Registered Nurse
• American Heart Association: BLS & ACLS
• 2 years of recent (paid) experience in one of the following units: Stepdown, Cardiology, Tele or VAD
• Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination

Responsibilities:

• Checking patients' health status daily and making note of any changes or concerns
• Caring for multiple patients throughout the same shift, often varying in age and condition
• Monitoring patients with life-saving medical equipment such as IVs, catheters, feeding tubes and ventilators
• Responding to "code blue" alerts and other urgent situations
• Providing a comfortable and secure environment for the patient while acting as their advocate

Pay: Up to $64.00 per hour
