Salary: $84,000 - $92,000 annually

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to oversee our Scatter Site program located in the Bronx, NY. This position offers an annual salary within the range of $84,000 - $92,000 and provides a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Scatter Site program ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Oversee budget management and ensure fiscal accountability for the program.
• Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources to promote program growth and sustainability.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required by funders and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Scatter Site Supervision is required.
• LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in social services.

Note: This position is open to both Direct Hire and Temp to Permanent applicants.
