• Position: RN Respite Program

• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5pm
• Hourly Pay Rate: $60

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 2 years Experience with chronic mental illness and substance abuse individuals.
• Ability to provide psychiatric and physical health need assessments making appropriate referrals

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments; assessing physical health needs; making
• appropriate referrals
• Provides comprehensive primary health care, including physical and psychosocial assessment, and case management
• Develop, maintain, and revise written plans of care and general health care records.
• Engage new clients in the continuum of care through outreach.
• Collaborate with other health care providers and make appropriate referrals.
• Serve as client advocate specifically in accessing the health care system.
• Coordinate services with other community mental health services such as, inpatient, outpatient,
• emergency, or day treatment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
