• Position: Oncology Nurse

Schdule: 3x12 with Rotating Weekends

• Day 7am - 7:30 pm
• Night 7pm - 7:30am

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• NYS RN License
• AHA BLS & ACLS
• Chemotherapy Certification
• 2 years of chemo/oncology experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of Oncology patients.
• Perform patient assessment and provide symptom management.
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of Breast Oncology treatment and follow-up.
• Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in ambulatory setting.

Pay: Up to $65.00 per hour
