• Base hourly rate: $38.00
• Weekly stipend: $1,152.00
• Weekly base: $1,368.00
• Total weekly gross: $2,520.00

Requirements:

• RN should be comfortable floating to Med/Surg and PCU
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility
• Traveler must hold CURRENT NY license
• Coronary Care experience required
• Must have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment (First-time travelers will NOT be considered)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Previous hospital RN experience preferred
• BLS required or obtained within 3 months of hire
• Possesses thorough knowledge of nursing principles; ability to provide quality patient care and assess patient's needs (clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual)
• Must recognize safety issues for self and others, able to assess and implement use of lifts to move patients safely
• Ability to function well in stressful situations with good problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills; ability to prioritize and delegate; may be required to assume duties as a charge nurse
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills required
