We are looking for an Assistant Designer, Home Products for a top home goods company in New York, NY. This temp-to-perm role will work on a hybrid schedule in their New York office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Design team with projects, which include: Visual Presentations for Buyers, Production Tech packs, Production approvals, Creating Designs (Designs in Repeat, Icons, Words), Trend & Market Research, Product Development (Creating new concepts / Samples)
• Adobe Creative Suite is heavily used, especially inDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator
• Product Photography experience is a great feature, but not a requirement. They will be assisting with some photography, and can be trained

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Adobe Proficient
• Must be interested in working in the Home Category
• Must be open to working in a Hybrid environment
