We are looking for a Brand Engagement Manager for a top cosmetic company in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Highly creative & strategic global brand developer to oversee the concepting and development of Polo brands
• Responsible for project from ideation to on-counter - inclusive of (competitive/market insights, trends analysis, launch strategy) and partnership with Markets to ensure comprehensive and on-time 360 launch
• Ensure the overall feasibility and profitability of projects through cost of goods management
• Oversee artwork process including reviewing and approving all mechanicals
• Work with Agency, the license, and build partnership with key stakeholders
• Digitally/Socially savvy marketer who can assess digital needs and develop concepts/assets in alignment with Manager. Deliver to timeline
• Propose need gaps based on analysis of competitive landscape and trends that align with the brand identity
• Keep up-to-date on the latest competitive trends, and insights across platforms (social media, blog, print, tvc, OOH, POS)
• Work with cross-functional teams and fashion to brief and create integrated consumer launch plans including hero assets, POS displays, social assets, PDP copy, social activations, and more. Deliver to timeline

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, with at least 2-3 years of Global Marketing / DMI industry-related marketing work experience (beauty or consumer package goods)
• Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in the beauty industry
• Expertise in marketing/digital
• Passionate about luxury is important
• Creativity as well as strategy (balance)
• Drive and hunger to excel and exceed expectations - looking for someone who can drive the charge, has experience, and take the lead
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with team-oriented managerial skills; manages complexity with reasoning from multiple perspectives and makes decisions
• Previous development and/or launch management skills a must with examples of resiliency
• Strong appreciation for our business / affirmative sensitivity to the fragrance mtier; understands beauty
• Strong appreciation for our fashion and affinity to the brand
• Proactive, ability to self-manage projects, ability to overcome obstacles independently
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
