Solomon Page is Hiring a Creative Director Near Los Angeles, CA
Our client, a leading marketing, management, representation and sales business is in search for a Creative Director. Ideally, a sports and/or motorsports enthusiast that knows how to translate brands/properties into engaging consumer experiences, with innovation and a vision.
- Position can be fully remote or hybrid NYC
- Salary range of $160-180k
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creative output and ensure quality standards are met.
- Grasp overarching objectives for both clients and the agency.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
- Proactively identify potential challenges across projects and teams.
- Assist in managing work plans and team requirements for ongoing and future projects.
- Build a trusting and communicative rapport with creative team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in managing creative accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Keynote, and the Office Suite.
- Previous experience or knowledge in sports, music, and entertainment is an advantage.
- Proactive strategic and creative thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
