Our client in the Real Estate industry is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in New York City. This is a temp to perm position, operating onsite, 5 days a week, from 9am-6pmin the Midtown area.

• Pay rate: $40/hour
• $85k once perm

Responsibilities:

• Working for great manager SVP - Head of Property Management
• Calendar management
• Project management
• Follow up with clients
• Financial acumen

Required Qualifications:

• Familiar with real estate or finance
• Strong excel skills
• Exacting written and verbal communication
• Organizational skills
