Solomon Page is Hiring a Luxury Sales Associate Near New York, NY

We are looking for a Luxury Sales Associate for a top jewelry company in New York, New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and promoting memorable shopping experiences for our clients resulting in sales and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Assisting and serving walk in traffic and converting them into lifelong loyal clients.
  • Establishing a loyal book of clients, personal shoppers, and stylists and maintain those relationships to drive repeat purchases and retention.
  • Acting as a stylist for the client while possessing deep knowledge of our product, brand, and assortment.
  • Organizing, planning, and scheduling 1:1 appointments in-store and virtually in order to drive sales.
  • Supporting and executing VM directives.
  • Maintaining impeccable VM standards for all products on the sales floor and back-of-house.
  • Ensure an organized, clean, and elevated atmosphere within the store is maintained.
  • Always adhering to basic grooming and professional attire standards.
  • Facilitating clients’ needs from pre-purchase to post-purchase (Sales, Checkout, Follow up)
  • Accurately and effectively processing transactions while maintaining a superior shopping experience.
  • Understanding and executing all operational tasks and procedures related to sales, returns, exchanges, and inventory.
  • Ability to open and close the close.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years jewelry or luxury retail experience
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative.
  • Expert conversationalist
  • Ability to adapt and connect with a diverse range of people & clients.
  • Eager to learn and always looking for ways to improve operations.
  • Passion for retail and customer experience.
  • Team player mixed with self-motivated contributor and sales professional.
  • Ability to multi-task and take on multiple priorities simultaneously.
