Our client, an In House Creative Agency in Plantation, Florida is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to join their Social Media Team. This role is integral to managing and trafficking the team's projects, with a particular focus on our monthly content calendar. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Location: Plantation, Florida (EST, Hybrid - Onsite T, W, TH)

Role: Project Manager

Compensation: $40ph

Duration: Temp-Perm

Responsibilities:

• Lead the communication of project timelines, status updates, and potential risks to the project team and the Head of Social Media.
• Coordinate with in-house marketers, cross-department teams, and external vendors to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Ensure projects launch on time, within scope, and meet established expectations.
• Facilitate the development of project objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
• Ensure the project teams utilize standard processes, frameworks, and best practices.
• Act as the gatekeeper for marketing team requests, efficiently allocating resources to ensure optimal team performance.
• Content and Social Media Management:
• Collaborate with copywriters and creatives to execute the social media content calendar.
• Maintain a basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the steps required to bring a social media calendar to life.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with copywriters and creative teams.
• Strong background in project management, with experience in using Project Management Software (Trello preferred).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
