A national organization is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This position is onsite in Lake Forest, California.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and maintain monthly forecasts and schedules.
• Responsible for the creation, review, and distribution of the financial review package.
• Assist with month end close financial reporting in OneStream consolidation process.
• Maintain Fixed Asset subsidiary ledger and account reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly fixed asset roll forward reconciliation.
• Ensure proper Use Tax rate is applied to qualifying assets.
• Provide management monthly year-to-date spend compared to budget/project.
• Complete annual physical of fixed assets.
• Prepare and maintain period-close journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Ensure SOX and internal audit compliance and assist where needed, including support requests and process walkthroughs.
• Participate in budget, forecast, and monthly reporting activities.
• Perform quarterly SOX and operational compliance testing and remediation as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, MBA is a plus.
• 5-7 years experience within public accounting and industry.
• Must have large ERP systems including Oracle and SAP.
