We are looking for a Stock Associate for a top luxury fashion company in Montreal, Canada. The Stock Associate is responsible for the proper rotation of goods according to company policies and procedures. He/she supports the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities regarding the warehouse and the store. Moreover, he/she deals with sales and therefore supports the front of house in order to maximize sales.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse.
• Verifies that the product is intact.
• Ensures that the goods in are entered into the inventory system.
• Organizes product in the warehouse according to the set criteria
• Prepares the products destined to the sales floor (anti-theft tag, pricing)
• Maintains order in the warehouse
• Prepares the goods for repairs
• Dispatches the goods to clients/warehouse/other stores
• Aids in all ecommerce platform distribution
• Ensures proper care of goods during the entire handling process
• Supports sales team to attain sales target of store
• Assists Store Manager with inventory preparations
• Assists Management with monthly cycle counts and reconciliations
• Execution of all stock-related direction as provided by the Corporate partners

Required Qualifications:

• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Professional communication skills
• Flexible scheduling to needs of the business
• Lifting, pushing, pulling boxes without assistance
• Must be able to pack, unpack, and move stock when supporting back of house functions
• Must be able to work shift standing or walking
