Florida regional law firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced litigation legal assistant to support a senior partner based in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in General Liability, Risk Management, and First Party Property. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex legal files efficiently.

- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
- Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information to support case development.
- Coordinate and manage the senior partner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and accessible.
- Communicate with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven experience as a litigation legal assistant, particularly in insurance defense.
- Strong knowledge of General Liability, Risk Management, and First Party Property.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and legal document management systems.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
