Florida regional law firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced litigation legal assistant to support a senior partner based in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in General Liability, Risk Management, and First Party Property. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex legal files efficiently. Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information to support case development.
Coordinate and manage the senior partner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and accessible.
