Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for Boca Raton (This is an in-office position)
Seeking a stellar experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a background from a Top 50 or 100 New York law firm.
This position requires expertise in title and survey matters, as well as a strong understanding of zoning reports and title commitments.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Title & Survey Paralegal, managing all related tasks.
• Prepare and review zoning reports to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Handle title commitments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create and review proformas and term sheets for real estate transactions.
• Maintain and update the search matrix to track all necessary information.
• Obtain and review property surveys, identifying and addressing any issues.
• Negotiate with title companies to remove exceptions and secure necessary endorsements.
• Ensure all endorsements are in place and meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
• Background from a New York law firm, preferably within the Top 50, 100, or 200.
• Strong knowledge of title and survey procedures.
• Excellent negotiation skills, particularly with title companies.
• Detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of zoning reports and title commitments.
• Ability to prepare and review proformas and term sheets accurately.
• Strong organizational skills to manage the search matrix and related tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
