Exciting and rare opportunity.Boca RatonThe ideal candidate for the Real Estate Paralegal role will have experience in the duties below.Primary Responsibilities
- Reviewsof surveys, title, and documents
- Drafting a range of documents for real estate, loans, and construction activities,
- Responsible for all additional documents needed for real estate transactions including escrow instructions, deeds, easements, affidavits from owners, closing certificates, and organizational documents.
- Assisting in various tasks related to real estate transactions including purchases, sales, financing, construction, development, and day-to-day operations.
- Proofreading all legal documents for accuracy.
- Extremely detail oriented
- Evaluate documents for zoning laws, ordinances, and regulations for attorney review.
- Collaborate closely with lawyers and the business team to address daily issues and support a wide range of business transactions and projects.
- Due diligence.
- Efficiently handling multiple tasks and prioritizing them to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree.
- At least five years of experience in a real estate paralegal role.
- Specialized knowledge in contracting for real estate and financial transactions.

- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills, with the capacity to effectively engage across diverse organizational functions.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and is capable of working independently, aligning closely with management, clients, internal legal teams, and other staff.
