Title: ASSOCIATE - SENIOR DG SOLAR DEVELOPER

Location: Denver (Hybrid), candidates with 5 years of experience are eligible for remote

Compensation: Base salary range $120,000 - $175,000 based on experience

Role summary:

Seeking a seasoned solar developer with a proven track record of successfully bringing projects to Notice to Proceed (NTP). Joining a dynamic and motivated team, the ideal candidate will manage projects averaging 5MW in size. Projects are handed over from the origination team post-lease agreements, where the developer will then oversee budgets, timelines, permitting, interconnection, and bid preparation. This role offers significant autonomy, empowering the individual to make independent decisions, both budgetary and operational, to drive project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, Masters preferred
• 2 years of experience developing solar projects between 1MW - 10MW, additional storage experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the development life cycle and hands-on experience with permitting, interconnection, bid preparation, and project management
