Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Associate Desktop Support Analyst. This is a 2 month contract based out of Glendale, CA (Onsite).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of directly related experience.
• Experience in two or more technology disciplines.
• Experience configuring and testing desktop systems with limited supervision.
• Basic knowledge of project management to act as a team member thorough understanding of ACD system and trouble ticket process to provide problem resolution and coordinate with other units.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to ensure quick and efficient problem resolution. Aptitude for providing excellent customer service.
• Good communication, problem-solving skills, and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to use Desktop standards and follow guidelines, as well as help others interpret policy.
• Excellent organizational skills to maximize effort and time. 

Responsibilities:

• Provides personal computing support to business staff, responding to trouble tickets.
• Install or set up computers and software, perform problem resolution, and maintain defined IT standards.
• Has frequent interactions with customers using a high degree of patience and problem management techniques to solve problems.
• Follow through on resolution with users. Consults solution base to optimize problem resolution.
• Tracks call and enter solution data into the solution base.
• Install and set up computers for business staff.
• Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, tracking system, and callbacks promptly, by standards.
• Escalate problems to appropriate individuals based on established guidelines and procedures.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.
• Test and ensure applications are correctly installed and configured on the computer.
• Participate in team projects to enhance the technical infrastructure or improve the quality or efficiency of the problem resolution process. Assist with the development, and communication of the technical policies for personal computing products.
• Work with users to provide limited desktop training.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $21/hour to $21/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
