Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis. The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our clients, including medication administration, client interactions, and other common tasks associated with mental health primary treatment centers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mental health setting and be committed to supporting clients in their recovery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications to clients as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor clients for side effects and effectiveness of medications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication administration records.
- Interact with clients in a compassionate and professional manner, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to clients.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment within the facility.
- Document client interactions, observations, and care provided in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Valid LPN license in the state of AZ.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and medication management.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing client needs.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.

10-bed residential facility dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care to our clients. We offer a supportive environment where clients can focus on their recovery journey with the help of our experienced and compassionate staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Per diem, Temporary
Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
