For opportunities in your area, check out our Careers page at www.1soi.com/careers. Program Analyst Major Areas of Responsibility: Develops independent assessments such as those focused on obligations, cost, reserve posture, risk, milestones, and schedules.Presents monthly assessments to leadership teams.Supports highly complex programs from a technical and resource perspective; understand elements of the program and how it enables broader strategic goals.Supports programming, budgeting and execution processes and understand the associated processes within each phase of the overall cycle.Analyzes investigative information, and extrapolates requirements for collection, analysis, evaluation, reports generation, and dissemination.Establishes/maintains working relationships within other enforcement communities.Researches and interprets investigative information.Conducts searches of designated systems, open-source sites, and third-party computer systems to identify violations and lead viability.Develops written reports for the purpose of tracking viable leads.Participates in off-site training/conferences as required, such as database training, financial training, and crime conferences.Provides in-depth research, analysis, and cultivation of internal law enforcement data and private and public sector data.Accesses and performs research on designated automated intelligence databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest.Develops, produces, and delivers intelligence reports. Education: Education: BA in relevant subject matter required Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a related field is required, 6 preferred Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance, such as hospitalization and critical careRetirement plans with discretionary company matchCompany paid basic life, short-term disability, and long-term disabilityPaid HolidaysVacation LeaveSick LeaveTuition Assistance Solution One is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
