We re looking for an Office staff/rehab aide that is motivated, energized, friendly, detail oriented, able to work in a busy multitasking environment. The employee will assist patients and therapists,

• check in patients, check patient's insurance as directed,
• data enter patients in the computer software,
• send patient monthly statements out as directed,
• Call doctor's office requesting documents as directed, answer patient phone calls,
• follows-up on marketing or any requested details,
• assist therapist in getting started with insurance authorizations,
• assist patients to set up on the exercise equipment, heat and cold packs, TENS units and so forth.
• must assist therapists in getting rooms ready,
• rooming the patients, maintaining clean environment and assist therapists to move according to schedule smoothly.
• Employee must be friendly, be patient and have good communication skills, must be a good team player and dependable. Must assist with any other cross-functional teams as requested by the clinic manager.'
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
