What You'll Be Doing:

Providing Technical Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for application support, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to end-users.
• Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.

Incident Management:

• Track and manage incidents and requests using a ticketing system.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues and implement appropriate fixes.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with development teams, IT staff, and other stakeholders to resolve complex application issues.
• Document and communicate technical procedures, enhancements, and updates to users and team members.

Skills Required:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong understanding of application support, troubleshooting techniques, and IT service management.
• Proficiency with SQL, scripting languages, and application monitoring tools.

Project Management:

• Proven experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Certification:

• Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification required.
