We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, exceptional Excel skills, and a CPA designation is preferred. As an FP&A Analyst at Solved by Tanna, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including budget vs. actual analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and provide financial insights.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential business outcomes.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Continuously improve financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA designation preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with financial software, SQL and ERP systems is a plus.
