Job Summary:
The QCM ensures federal construction projects meet all quality requirements by managing and enforcing quality control procedures and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCP).
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Maintain and update quality control logs, reports, and submittals.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and federal inspectors.
Identify and resolve non-conformance issues.
Participate in pre-construction and progress meetings to review quality requirements.
Conduct punch list inspections and ensure final project acceptance criteria are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5 years of federal construction quality management experience.
Proficiency in understanding technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with RMS/QCS systems and government quality standards.
CQM-C (Construction Quality Management for Contractors) certification.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Pay: $110,445.00 - $117,074.00 per year
