This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

Leading the site Continuous Improvement (CI) program – supporting improvement leaders (at all levels) in driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and flow while celebrating accomplishments. Leading improvements as a high impact individual contributor – modeling and demonstrating winning approaches (focused on leading with kaizen) to deliver significant results. Growing site Continuous Improvement (CI) culture – creating intentional effort around upskilling the organization in improvement techniques and approach (all levels).Your Skills And ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of combined experience in manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement, or a related field in a private, public, government or military environment.
• OR
• High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of combined experience in manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement, or a related field in a private, public, government or military environment.

AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Previous plant operating committee experience or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
