The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a USAC Advanced Wound Dressings Portfolio Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a portfolio and tap into your curiosity as you collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Lead and develop portfolio strategy for the United States and Canada in collaboration with Global and Area business teams to deliver the business objectives and financial goals of Solventum’s Advanced Wound Dressings category, including: Promogran Prisma™, Adaptic™, Kerramax Care™, Tegaderm™ Silicone Foam Dressings, Fibracol™ and Silvercell™
  • Provide local market and competitive intelligence and input to the area and global teams for marketing planning and program development.
  • Develop and localize marketing plans and programs based on country needs and opportunities.
  • Drive new product launches by collaborating with key stakeholders to determine launch strategy, including market insights, go-to-market plan, pricing, awareness, and growth attainment.
  • Responsible for the forecasting and planning process, such as estimates of product acceptance, clarification and interpretation of market/industry size and future potential.
  • Develops and implement pricing strategies and tactics in line with business goals and customer insights.
  • Partners with sales and area marketing to develop strategic customer relationship with key channel and end-user partners.
  • Leads the development and direction of a market coverage strategy.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND Seven (7) years of sales or marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Possess excellent level of knowledge of the advanced wound care market and Solventum’s/3M portfolio and industry knowledge across the continuum of care
  • Marketing experience in Activation, Portfolio, Campaign, and/or Marketing Communications
  • Demonstrated experience in portfolio strategy development and execution
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven leadership experience leading marketing teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Master's degree in Business from an accredited institution

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
