The Program Manager shall institute and maintain an effective, efficient, and responsive management organization that shall provide administrative support for all tasks under this task order. Additionally, the Program Manager shall oversee all contracted personnel and subcontracted resources used in the performance of this contract. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all work activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports achievement of programmatic goals

• Plans, coordinates, evaluates and reviews all phases of project control including the interpretation of and compliance with contract requirements

• Makes continuing reviews and studies of incoming project planning, execution and related material and program activities and keeps currently informed on all phases of planning and execution

• Ensures that all contract deliverables, to include cost and status reports are submitted as required

• Consults with and coordinates activities with representatives of government and industry on plans and requirements, new developments, and methods to accomplish identified program requirements

• Ensures proper staffing of the contract

• Assists with complex problems relating to the operation of the contract

• May lead and direct the work of more junior contractor employees

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is desired

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies:

• Desired Experience: 7 Years in a related position
• PM with ILS experience
• Warehouse, Inventory, Auditing, Supply Chain
• RCM background

Security Clearance:

• Secret

Education:

• Baccalaureate degree in a logistics, business, management, or technical field
