Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our Emergency Response Team. In the event of a Natural Disaster in the State of Louisiana this position will be available to assist in the shelter and care efforts.

Potential areas of service: New Orleans, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles and Shreveport.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate medical care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Offer infectious disease care and hospital medicine services
- Conduct triage for patients based on severity of conditions

Requirements:

- Willing to be available to work 12 hours shifts and remain at shelter locations.

-complete necessary FEMA registration and complete required trainings

-Active License and BLS

Job Types: Per diem, Seasonal

Pay: $75.00 per hour
