The IT Help Desk Specialist:
  • Ensures the configuring and installing of PCs is completed accurately.
  • Assists System Administrator with server administration and network administration.
  • Assists users with computer solutions in a cooperative, friendly manner.
  • Performs administration, preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement of non-standard Solvita equipment.
  • Develops and maintains documentation such as Help Desk problem resolutions and Help Desk tips for all aspects of job.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Associates degree in Computer Science or High School/GED with 3 years of relevant experience required
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
Work Environment/Physical Activities:
  • Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to be on-call on a regular basis and travel to branch locations, as needed.
  • Meet driver insurability standards as established by Solvita.
