About the Position

We seek an individual with a collaborative spirit who can seamlessly work together with other top-talented architects, engineers, designers, and drafters to advance our projects. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a creative and collaborative environment.


Your role will involve

  • Providing design support, for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
  • Assisting team with product research and material selections.
  • Creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM), utilizing Revit® software.
  • Have a basic understanding of building codes and standards.
  • Completing tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent manner with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Communicating effectively within a collaborative team setting.
  • Self-checking work for accuracy, omissions, legibility and proactively ask questions and express a genuine interest in project design.
  • Possess high level of task ownership and critical thinking ability.
  • Coordinating/collaborating with project consultants including engineers (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing/fire protection), landscape architects, etc


Qualifications

  • Experience
    • 1-3 years related experience
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Experience with Revit, BIM software, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Education & Licenses
    • A minimum of an Associate Degree in Architectural Technology from an accredited technical college
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Creative approach to developing solutions for building system challenges
    • Ability to remain flexible and open to changes in project scope
    • Exceptional time management
    • Actively seeks to collaborate with diverse team members
    • Strong work ethic, with an “all in” mentality
