Responsibilities :

  • Prospectwithin preestablished verticals targeting potential clients inspecific commercial real estatesectors.
  • Conductthorough research to understand prospects' needs andchallenges utilizing CRM tools for effective interactionmanagement.

These tools include Hubspot ZoomInfo andLinkedIn.

  • Collaboratewith senior leadership to develop and refine email outreachstrategies.
  • Craftcompelling email sequences to engage and convert prospects updatingtemplates based on performancemetrics.
  • Maintainpersistent and professional communication through multiple channelsincluding email phone and socialmedia.
  • Analyzeresponses and activities to identify engagement patterns andopportunities.
  • Preparedetailed reports and insights for leadership to facilitate targetedfollowupcalls.
  • Buildcomprehensive reports in HubSpot to track key performance metricsensuring accuracy andtimeliness.
  • Monitorand analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendationssupporting decisionmakingprocesses.

Requirements

  • Minimumof 5 years of experience in business development or a relatedfield.
  • Strongunderstanding of commercial real estate principles and marketdynamics.
  • Excellentcommunication skills including strong grammatical and copywritingabilities.
  • Abilityto articulate complex ideas clearly andconcisely.
  • Stronganalytical skills and attention todetail.
