Must HavesBachelor's degree in human resources or related field.Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with HRIS systems.Experience supporting and administering benefits packages.Experience running payroll.

Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. No Weekends!

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 Yearly

Some Responsibilities Include
- Manage employee relations and guide HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the full cycle of talent management, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, maintaining accurate employee records and preparing reports.
- Collaborate directly with the Controller and Ownership on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate employee events and facilitate internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations through regular training programs.
- Administer benefits packages and support employees in understanding and utilizing them effectively.
