Kitchen Manager for Exciting Fast Casual Burrito Spot

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience at our authentic northern Mexican burrito spot.
Responsibilities :
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular ordering to meet demand while minimizing waste
- Utilize Square POS system for transactions and reporting
- Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, communication, and efficiency
- Implement and enforce sanitation standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for business growth
- Provide outstanding customer service and strive to exceed guest expectations
Requirements :
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
