Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Sales Associate at Nalley Brunswick, you'll:

  • Guide customers through a comprehensive buying process, adhering to established selling steps, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and convey extensive product knowledge regarding vehicle features to customers.
  • Showcase vehicle operations both in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Facilitate the delivery of new vehicles to customers, ensuring comprehension of operating features, warranty details, and paperwork.
  • Maintain an effective owner follow-up system to foster repeat and referral business, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement a proactive prospecting system through calls and emails to potential customers, setting appointments, and ultimately closing deals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.

Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent; a two-to-four-year college degree is preferred.
  • Ideally, 2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience, though not mandatory.
  • Background in automotive sales is advantageous, coupled with knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic.
