This is an opportunity to lead a team of sharp and dedicated Parts Consultants. Previous dealership managers or top-performing sales professionals are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate thrives on networking and understanding customer needs on a daily basis. You will mentor your team, help them expand their customer base, and coach them in effective sales strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and focus your Parts team
• Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the parts process
• Establish a customer network by building rapport
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Manage the productivity of the parts department
• Conduct regular parts training to foster team growth

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dealership management experience
• Interest in training additional sales associates and collaborating within a team environment
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
