Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional with current expertise in electronics engineering to troubleshoot complex test equipment and participate in design and development of electronic control and measurement systems. We are looking for someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is comfortable splitting time between several functional areas associated with control and feedback systems for power, electronics, and fluid controls.
What You Will Be Doing :
In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and subject matter experts to conduct research, design, test and evaluation of electronics / electromagnetic systems with a focus on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) controls and Signal Processing components. This includes all phases of system requirements analysis, design, development, integration, validation and verification of system capabilities and components. Note that the first 6-8 months of this position will be performed on-site in Middletown, RI. Once that period is over, this position may perform in either our Newport, RI office or our Waterford, CT office dependent on follow-on tasking.
