Job Description:

As a Scrum Master at Sonata Software, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Scrum and Agile methodologies. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, help resolve impediments, and ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles. Your experience with data project management and knowledge of MS Fabric will be advantageous in managing technical projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Assist the team in removing impediments to ensure smooth project progress.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is prioritized and well-defined.
• Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics and tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure the team is focused on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
• Guide Agile best practices and help the team implement them effectively.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Utilize knowledge of data project management and MS Fabric to support technical projects when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Scrum/Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in data project management.
• Knowledge of MS Fabric.
• Experience in the IT services or technology solutions industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
